Located in the Palacio de Poniente building complex, on the first floor (not ground level).
spacious 1st floor apartment (80m2). The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe the length of one wall, a small table and access to the balcony.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a window for ventilation. The kitchen is modern and all appliances work with electricity. A separate private space opening onto the courtyard, with a washing machine and a hot water heater and a cleaning closet. In the bright living room, there is a sofa bed that can be opened, and a dining table. From the living room, sliding doors the size of one wall open onto the balcony, from which there is a direct view of the wonderful Puerto marina. You can’t live much closer to the sea anymore!
In the evening, the view turns into an exotic fairy tale, when the harbor buildings are illuminated.
The roof terrace has a large swimming pool and sunbathing area. Sun beds are free to use.

The lush landscapes open out to the far sea, from which sometimes you can even see the coast of Morocco. Looking in the other direction you can see the mountains, the city of Malaga and on a clear day even the white peaks of the Sierra Nevada.

You don’t necessarily need a car in this destination because all services are right next door.
There is a bus connection to Malaga from the main road and there is a taxi station at the port.
