There's a particular kind of apartment that doesn't announce itself. This is one of them.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living space that opens fully to the outside — and a 35 m² terrace that, once you're standing on it, makes the rest feel almost secondary. It's properly deep, wide enough to arrange furniture the way you would a room, with a BBQ area at one end and a view that runs uninterrupted to the Mediterranean. You'll use it more than any other part of the apartment.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass runs the length of the living area. When the panels are open, there's no real boundary between in and out — the terrace becomes an extension of the room, and the room becomes an extension of the terrace.
